At EZEKIEL YITRO, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to request a return, please review the conditions below.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the bag must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned with its original packaging and any included accessories.

  • Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders, used or opened items, and discounted items are generally non-returnable, subject to applicable law. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

How to Request a Return

Email ezekielyitrollc@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request. Please include photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. No restocking fees are charged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at ezekielyitrollc@gmail.com with your order number and photos as soon as reasonably possible. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
